The Plan Commission reviews the site, existing and proposed structures, architectural plans, neighboring uses, utilization of landscaping and open space, parking areas, driveway locations, loading and unloading areas, highway access, traffic generation and circulation, drainage, sewerage and water systems, and utilization of landscaping and open space as deemed appropriate for all development in the B-1, B-2, B-3, B-4 Business Districts, and the I-1 Institutional and P-1 Park District and R-5 Multifamily Residential District and the RC Residential Condominium District.
